"This is our second time coming back to stay at this beautiful hotel while in Cartagena. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced considering the high quality. We like the location as it is close to tour companies, shopping and restaurants. You can also easily hail a cab to go to the old city. Regarding the rooms, they are always immaculately clean, the beds are extremely comfortable and the service is always excellent. What's not to like???"

"The room, the food, the staff all very good!! Great location and a lot of great restaurants around. The local beach wasn’t great but an easy day trip to an island near by was AMAZING!! Don’t walk in certain areas as someone tried to steal my necklace but I made sure he didn’t get it. Onto the right outside the hotel and you’re fine. Don’t go left!!"

"The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean. I loved the rooftop deck & pool. The location right across from the beach was importantly convenient, since I visited the beach and swam in the sea almost every day."
