"Awesome historical hotel centrally located just steps away from Union Square and Powell St. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Tne rooms comfortable and spacious. The only disadvantage is that the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or coffee shop. There is a little smell throughout the property. But in general we enjoyed our stay "

"The Amenities were Awesome here! Not to mention location was right in center of Union Square. Everything was in walking distance. And Lobby had everything you needed! Awesome Coffee Shop! "

"Staff was very friendly, we arrived really early and they held our bags for us to we could go and explore. They also held our bags after we checked out, because we weren’t ready to head out yet and still had sight seeing to do. Room was nice and clean. AC was good but seemed a little warm for my preference. Would definitely stay again. "

"We love this place. It’s in a perfect location. Clean room. And a fun elevator ride. Only thing they could do better are the pillows. Ours we super flat and very uncomfortable. "
