Check‑in was quick and effortless, and every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches—like quality toiletries, plenty of charging outlets, and a well‑stocked hospitality tray. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, keeping everything fresh without being intrusive. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of options, all well-prepared, and the dining area had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to start the day on a positive note. The location couldn’t have been better—close enough to walk to key attractions, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. "Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast. We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful. We have booked for our next trip already 😊"
