"The room itself was filthy the floors and the furniture we were immediately met with the strong smell of cigar, when we turned on the heat vent it was enough to make us check out immediately The Whole room filled up with the smell of urine like someone literally used the bathroom inside the vent also this hotel is advertised as airport but it’s not close I didn’t receive a refund and when I explaining to the front desk why I would rather go home and be in the dark (it was a power outage due to strong winds in Ohio) instead of their hotel he could care less and offered no kind of compensation not even an apology "

"The rooms were dirty and nasty. The tub had slime and yellow stuff in it. The bed was horrible and bedding dirty. The blankets had someone’s hair all over it. I called to check out the next day even though I had it booked and now fighting to get a refund. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to and I have traveled a lot!!! I will never again stay there and I will tell my large business to not use your business again due to these issues and lack of concern or willing to make this right. "

"The communication with the host was great. I didn’t happen to see a skillet to cook with, which would have been helpful. I also would have liked somewhere to hang our clothes. The cabin was clean and so cute and cozy! "

"Front desk and housekeeping were great. Great customer service. Clean. Easy check in and out. Late check out was an option. Kids had amazing time especially at the pool. Good breakfast options and coffee bar was top tier. "

"Room had black mold growing on ceiling Asked for different room which had more mold than first room, was not small amount either, I’m a mold remediation contractor , I know how toxic and dangerous mold is. these were not water stains, if mold has grown through the drywall then it’s far worse above ceiling , the incredibly rude person at front desk who didnt care one bit kept repeating many other people stayed in those rooms and havnt complained and I was just being difficult, and I can leave if I don’t like it . expecting a hotel room that doesn’t have toxic black mold is being difficult? Believe me , I tried to find another hotel but was 10pm , most were sold out and I already paid for stay weeks before This along with every entrance, exit, stairwell and hallway was overwhelmingly filled with smoke from people constantly and openly smoking weed My young kids shouldn’t have to hold their breath going in and out of hotel so they won’t get high, again front desk didn’t care and was ok with it. Got to breakfast area with 25 minutes before having to leave for volleyball tournament but there was no food left and needed restocked, told front desk who was responsible for doing that and he never did it in the 25 minutes we stood there My family and I had to leave without getting any breakfast we paid for This hotel is full of mold, rude staff, smoke, and horrible customer service Stay away from this dump and don’t give them your money "

"Hotel was super vool. Definitely a vibe. Check in service was just ok. Check out service was great. Experience at the restaurant was fantastic! Morgan was our server and she was great."

"Room was lovely. Very little staff. Pool closed in am for deep clean. No hot tub for the last 3 years. Wood missing on several side railings including ours. The grounds were beautiful and decorated for Easter with many lights. So much potential here but need maintenance to improve. It was a Sunday night so maybe that is part of the issue. "
