"I had a king suite and the view of Downtown Chicago was wonderful."

"The pictures on the website is a lie. The rooms are alot smaller. Bathroom door didn't fully work. Supposed to be a queen size bed but gave me a full size. Bed was super hard. Staff didn't want to bring extra pillows. Had a 2 night stay but left after first night."

"Room was nasty. No working A/c so it was hot and humid. Someone threw up on our car in the parking lot. Microwave was dirty and there was stuff from a previous guest in the mini fridge still. Overall terrible experience and I wish we just spent the extra money to stay closer downtown 😭"

"Place is decent. To me, room cleanliness is everything, and there were a lot of little details that were missed with cleaning. Bathroom doors and walls were dirty in the first room, so we asked to switch, and had some of the same thing in the next room as well. There is no pool, even though there are several pictures of one on google from past reviews. Staff was nice, location is convenient for the area, and the rooms are furnished nicely."

"The breakfast was not good/ didn’t have anything much to eat. When checking in the staff was someone helpful but when checking out they were no were to be seen you had to literally call to get there attention since they were on their phone. When I informed that I was charged for 6 rooms and that I had only requested 3 they would not give a refund for rooms I didn’t even request for then on top of that they had said I had checked in to all the rooms when I checked in to 3 with a deposit. They are not helpful at all."
