All the staff that worked with us were extremely friendly! They were very welcoming and helpful with all requests. Everything was clean and the area felt safe. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen for options to choose from. Definitely would stay here again.

Golden Girls weekend

Our room was amazing! Customer service was on point! Breakfast was very good! Our beds were super comfy! We even had a black light and it passed with flying colors! I would definitely always be a Hilton customer!

The staff was great and friendly. The only problem I had was that ants came out in the middle of the night and were all over empty soft drink cans and on the stand by the bed. And these were zombie ants; it took several attempts to kill them.

Shortage on towels/food love the upgrades

The service was a little backed up so I did have to wait a while, but the front desk went out of the way to ensure I was able to check-in early which was great because I came in from out of state. The room was spacious and clean. The only issue we had with the room was a shortage on towels and I don't quite understand why that is even a thing, especially in the summertime! The breakfasts options were decent but the stock was low, no milk for cereal. The only fruit was red apples...

Everyone was super nice! The folks doing the housekeeping were top notch!! And the lady who did the breakfast took good care of me!!! My only issue was a fellow visitor who decided to smoke in a non-smoking facility and it got into my room. The lady at the front desk during the shift left me hanging and never responded about the fan she was suppose to find for me. However, the next day the people at the front desk were really nice and apologized for the lack of communication. Overall, I would stay here again!

Stayed here for 1 night in July. Room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. Only complaint was that the pool was dirty - turned out the filter had been turned off for a couple days. Manager apologized profusely but we were really looking forward to a dip after being on the road for 8 hours. :( That said, we'd stay here again.

When I checked in, the staff was friendly, supportive, and funny. They were having a little issue with their printer. Kinda reminded me of the Movie “ Office Space” when the printer was taken for a ride! Don’t want to spoil the scene if you’ve never seen the movie. It was a classic! LOL!!! Anyway, it was a Great Stay!

Property is not the one pictured on Travelocity. Rooms and hallways extremely hot. You have to stay moving in room for air to work. Breakfast is only served to 9:30am which is not late enough for families with children. Can’t access the very small pool without assistance from the front desk and our room keys did not work after returning from activities when staying two nights. Beds were great but tub needs replaced. Also phone did not work in first room and no phone in room were we stayed two nights.

I was there for business the weeks of June 23 - July 3. During my stay I had an accident, where I fell out of the shower. When I went to the front desk to report it and file a claim with the company I was told that the showers were "cleaned using just water, so it should not have been slippery. I slipped and fell out of the shower pretty much as soon as I stepped into it. And the very IDEA that you do not use a cleanser is incredibly disgusting. After my incident, the older women at the front desk would not even speak to me when I asked a question. When my room was serviced there was always something missing...no refill on the coffee, or no cups etc. I have never had an issue with the Holiday Inn Express Hotels in all the time that I have been a guest so this was especially disappointing, considering the circumstance and the treatment following. The one good thing that I do want to make sure that I add, the younger female front desk employee was very lovely. There were a few other issues I had, when having meals delivered a driver told me that he was not permitted to bring my food upstairs (he was the only one told that) I had deliveries on a daily basis. My keys did not always work to open my door, I had to go back down more than once to get it corrected.
