"We paid more for a lake view but it was worth it. The room was clean, staff were friendly, and the room looked updated since the last time we’d been there."

"I made the mistake of booking a room here on a day when Six Flags was actually closed; however, I did appreciate how helpful Raul was upon check-in, the cleanliness of the property and amenities, and the availability of the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast and coffee the next day was also so good. My only gripe(s) is the carpet in my room, 314, was frayed at the transition to the tile entryway, and that some of the paint was chipping on the restroom wall(s)."

"We stayed 3 nights, and housekeeping did not come in one time. We only had shampoo for one day. We also ran out of toilet paper. Trash was super full. Also bathroom in lobby area was completely out of toilet paper."

"Nice staff everywhere. Bar, restaurants, front desk...one disturbing thing though...Asked 3-4 people at front desk if I could get the Milwaukee Brewer game on TV....they had no clue. I found a "Milwaukee" channel guide on the TV, which turned out was impossible to use....also no one knew about that. A couple times the person went to ask a "manager", only to come back with no answer. Disappointing."

"Room 215 provided a beautiful view of Lake Geneva. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. Very small cafe with no seating downstairs opposite check-in. The Oak and Oar restaurant had a nice view of the lake but we did not eat there. We would stay at this very quiet hotel again."
