"The gym was too small. The men’s jacuzzi was not working all day. The unisex massage catered for women only as I requested a female masseur but they could not get one for me during my stay. So couldn’t get a massage for myself. We had to pay for the water to have a cup of coffee when I booked breakfast but my airport ride was 02:45 in morning so too early for breakfast but couldn’t even make a cup of coffee as I had to pay extra."

"We had an overnight stay and was very pleased with the warm gesture of all the reception staff. Its very nice to see welcoming approach and friendly faces , being helpful. Keep up the good work everyone, the staff was memorable due to this, very impressed."
