House adjoining the owners' house. A large living room with a lounge, TV, fireplace, a dining room, and a small kitchen equipped with a counter. Independent access to the first bedroom on the ground floor, with a king-size bed that can be converted into two single beds, and a separate bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, an attic bedroom with a private bathroom (small shower) and toilet (sofa bed).
Shared with the owners is a 12x6m salt-water swimming pool, with a depth of 2.20m. The entrance is via a ladder secured by a dome and an alarm. The pool is open from April to the end of October (unheated pool).

The Vézère Périgord Noir region offers a rich heritage to its visitors. Located at the entrance to Thenon, the Call of the Forest treetop adventure park is one of the largest adventure parks in the Dordogne. The traditional market is held every Tuesday morning. Nearby, you can discover the Tourtoirac Cave, Hautefort Castle, the Museum of Medicine, the painted caves of Montignac-Lascaux or Rouffignac, and the Château de l'Herm.
