"This property is just about a 2-minute walk from the Berlin Hauptbahnhof, which is very convenient for anyone traveling by train. There are car rental desks in the lower level of the station, which was convenient as well, since we rented a car and spent a few days sightseeing. We chose to manage our car rental so as not to have to pay for parking. Many of historic buildings such as the Reichsstag and Brandenburg Gate are about a 20-minute walk away. The hotel is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Our room was also clean and well-maintained. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We did not take advantage of the breakfast or the fitness area. We would gladly stay at this property if we passed through again."

"This is my favorite hotel in Berlin. It’s the first one I stayed at for a quick visit several years ago and came back recently. The front desk folks were amazing and always super nice…Starting with Mira! Meivita was outstanding as well! Julius (Mgr) was always accessible and a wealth of knowledge. Regina at the bar was sensational- and makes a great mojito. I love the relaxing spa with a sauna. My biggest issue was with the tv. Not many English channels to choose from. If I could get Netflix that would’ve been a huge help but that is not available. I think it is coming soon. This is a nice stroll (10 mins?)from the Brandenberg Gate. There are restaurants, bars, and shops everywhere and it is right across from the train station. The Tex mex cantina across the street has a nice ‘happy hour’ (until 5:30pm?) steak special. A small steak with fries and salad is like $18. They have different sizes and the next size up is like $21. That’s a good size steak at a great price. Walked around the area at night and did not have any issues with people or feeling unsafe. All in all just a wonderful hotel in a great location and I am hoping to stay here again soon."

"We arrived late and ordered room service. Pizza and salad was not edible. They did refund us. But I had to go downstairs to get anyone. Tried 5 x to call room service and front desk. No one ever answered. We had junior suite. Room was very nice - they have a jacuzzi tub but very high step to get into shower. Could be dangerous. When we talked to staff they were all very pleasant. I am not sure I would rate Eurostar a 5 star hotel. More like 4 star."

"Everything excited expectations! Staff was wonderful, food was amazing, everything was seamless! You ask for something or need something, everyone was willing to help. 5 out of 5 stars! Definitely will be staying here again on my next trip and would recommend anyone to stay here!"
