"The only good thing about the property is that it is in the middle of Istiklal street. Other than that, the staff don’t speak English (I had to use sign language). The receptionist would just barge into the dorm at 3:00 am and turn on the lights and rattle around then leave. It is too expensive to be considered a hostel given that they have no communal kitchen, no decent bathroom, no amenities to use. I would recommend this place only because of the location. "

"It’s the worst place to stay. Even I will not call it hotel.
Staff don’t speak English at all.
Noisy environment from The night club next to the hotel. Stay away."

"This hotel is magical and rich in history. I really enjoyed staying there. Esma was particularly kind with extending extra gestures that made us feel special. Thank you."
"This was one of two hotels, and Divan was my favorite. The staff was extremely present and friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, the furniture looked perfect with no scratches or tears. The entire place smelled great along with the towels and bedding. I highly recommend this hotel for the location too. The bathroom was perfect as well. "
