Staff were very helpful and location was excellently located centrally for access to Taksim. Room smelt off and I got bed bug bites on my ankles from one night stay. Was in town very briefly and hence didn’t see the point in taking action with this at the time, but would not stay here again.

Property is in the middle of the city and very famous area. Hotel is perfect everything is perfect except front door is little away from main road so vehicle can not reach but manageable few steps Staff are very friendly and cooperative Room was like a suite big with everything I need

This hotel is located in the most happening place in Turkey. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We felt safe walking after midnight. The property is on a walkway not a street. For car service you have to walk up/down a block. The staff was very kind, room ok for the price. The hotel is located within three blocks of shopping, food and transportation.

This was a very good hotel, the staff members are amazing, the hotel is very clean and there is always someone at reception. The hotel is safe since the door gets locked at night and only allows the people staying in it inside. I lost my phone near the hotel and one of the staff members was kind enough to help me find it. They also offer taxi service to the airport which is very convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Lina hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I thought that this stay was value for the money. The room was good, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were excellent, especially the morning front desk staff who was very kind and helpful. The only issue is that each morning we were woke by loud saws and hammering just outside our window. This was each morning from around 9am until 3pm. It was extremely loud. I went outside and saw a man buffing the steps in the building right beside. Otherwise, I would definitely stay again.

Not too bad

The 1st floor room was good for the price paid. Aircon had an issue which caused it to turn off all the time. We didn’t bother reporting it. We arrived around 3am. Hotel arranged luxury taxi (bit expensive but with it). Reception came out to guide us and help with the bags. Not in the greatest area but was good for a long weekend.

The room is really lovely and size is great you do honestly feel relaxed due to this. There were a few hiccups with the room cleanliness and a blocked drain but the hotel changed my room for me asap! The second room was similar but the bed was a Japanese style so a little uncomfortable but I was there to tour. There is a change of staff that while are super friendly. Could do with some general knowledge. The rooms need just minor adjustments like tentativeness to detail a remote for a TV is vital! However I didn’t watch any TV. Coat hangers in wardrobes quite necessary! Coffee pods for a coffee machine. Was. Ever offered I. Both rooms just as a show piece. I would have loved to have a decent coffee in the morning and not instant packets. Although Location is fantastic busses are 3-5 mins walk whereby trains are for like 15min in the middle to taken square and Sissiu. They do organise trips for you at the venue chauffeur pick up and drop off. Turkey is wonderful. You will enjoy.
