"Great hotel and staff! Convenient bus stop right out front. Close enough to the strip, but far enough to get away from the craziness of the strip. The pool side bar & grill was awesome, and having the little market right in the building was so great to pick up a pizza, drinks, or any toiletries that were forgotten. "Excellent stay overall. My only negative with this being a 5-star resort, is that I expect daily housekeeping not just once per stay. Quick daily checks for toilettries /towels would make a big impact. That aside, Palazzo was fantastic. Pool areas are absolutely gorgeous Restaurants are great and casino is noticably much less smokey than others. Palazzo far exceeds most other resorts on the strip and does not disappoint. We will definitely be back. "

"It was a great stay, and a huge plus is that it is a non-smoking hotel. We did have a bit of a hiccup when checking into our room. We opened the door and it seems that there was something already checked inside! We were helped immediately and given a credit, but I still can’t help to think if someone walked into my hotel room what I would have thought. Other than that it is clean and modern. "
