"Clean room. Helpful staff. Good deal."

"Gross! Poorly cleaned, (if at all) Fitted sheet as a top sheet was a quirky twist. Made a new friend, (a frog in the shower with me). Refrigerator was leaking all over. Mold on everything. Ect, ect. Just gross all together."

"We got here 20 min early, they said our room was not ready yet. Didnt get in until 3:30. The room was nice but the elevator or soming makes a lot of noise all night. We asked to move and they put us across from the other elevator on the same floor. The hotel is non smoking but our neighbors were smoking on the deck. The maintenance guy came over and told him its a 250 fee for smoking. So he put it out. The parking fee is 15 on the website but was over 18.00 with fees. The General manager was very nice about it but a hummimg elevator is not somthing that will lull you to sleep."

"Everything was great except the check in process. Avari did not email me the entry code for the room. Sandpiper Cove does not supply that code. You have to get it through the third party service used to book the room. "

"Such a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and so close to the beach which had the most beautiful sunsets! We loved the outdoor area, all the space, and amenities! Will be recommending to anyone we know wanting to stay in the area! "

"The view from this lovely condo is wonderful. The host is proactive with communication and goes out of his way to be accommodating. Restaurants and retail are within a quick mile walk. We'd stay here again!"

"This was the first trip me and my 15 year old daughter took together. We had such a great time! The condo was awesome and just right size for us. She was so excited and to see her smile was everything!!! The view was perfect! I could listen to the waves all dayand night! We bought flah lights and went shell hunting at night. We collect quite a few! I saw a couple dolphins in the morning from the balcony. We took a dolphin sunset tour. Amazing! I also got her to go parasailing with me. We ate fantastic food and eveything was close if we needed anything. Shopping was also great! My car was full when we left. I could see us making this an annual trip and would love to stay here again! Thank you Frank for letting us enjoy your beautiful place! We didnt want to leave!!!"
