"It was difficult to find the hotel. It is inside the big hotel. "

"Front desk staff were ok, but not welcoming. Did not go out of their way. TV in dining was off, inconsistent wifi, did not know breakfast was grab and go. Bathroom drain was plugged up. Balcony flooded, unusable due to leaking ceiling. No fitness center. Witnessed food theft by guests. OJ was sour every day. No dresser in the room; had to live out of our suitcases. Desk chair was broken and unusable. When we told the front desk at checkout, there was no make-good offer or credit. I would never recommend this hotel . It ruined our vacation"

My only complaint is only having one parking space for a rental that can accommodate up to 10 and there were no suggestions of where to park a second vehicle when I asked.
