Great 3 night stay at this condo. The condo was clean and the view from the balcony is amazing! Tons of restaurant choices close by. Plenty of parking and the beach and pool are steps out the door. Bathrooms could use an update but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

It was great. Close walk to beach. Condo was nice had everything. The only thing we were use to having in the condo it’s self was washer and dryer, this condo didn’t but it was all good. We would stay again with no problems. Thank you for a clean condo.

Fantastic location and property

This place was perfect. Steps to the beach and a balcony that had a perfect view of the Gulf whenever you want it. Great space for our family of four (two teenagers). The condo was in great shape and very clean. The ONLY downside was the pool being as cold as the Gulf, but hey, more beach time! Easy to get around to dinners every night as well. Would have no hesitations to stay here again.

The condo was awesome! It was beautifully decorated and clean. It had everything we needed! The views were amazing from the balcony and master bedroom. The location of the condo was prime, close to everything including shopping and entertainment. My only concern was lighting, was a tad bit dark but nothing that couldn't be worked around! This condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning settings were not desirable for us, too hot at night. Bring extra paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. The balcony view of the gulf was wonderful! Location and neighborhood is upscale and safe. Uncrowded beach and pool with lots of nice furniture for lounging and sunbathing. We will rent this condo again.

The listing was 100% accurate!! We truly needed this getaway and it was worth every bit of our hard earned money!! I loved the open communication with the host! Not much was needed after arrival because there were no issues! I liked that it was private with a gated beach entry. Perfect! Also, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Relaxing stay, easy access to beach

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with modern appliances. All the details from the description and pictures were accurate. The condo sits at an angle to the beach, so you can't see full sunsets, but it's very close to the beach with a short walk and still great views. We requested a late checkout the day before and the manager was accommodating. The only minor inconvenience is that the condo's keypad is hard to see. We arrived at night, and the keypad didn't light up until you pressed a number. Also, be aware that there isn't a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a community laundry on the same floor that only takes quarters. Overall, I highly recommend this stay for anyone seeking easy access to the beach and comfortable, relaxing accommodations..

Gulf view condo

The condo had amazing views and access to the Gulf. The unit was clean and updated. The pool was clean and comfortable. Pots and pans in this unit are stainless. Id recommend bringing some non-stick cookwear. I did not like that there was no property management available all week. My family members were trapped in an elevator for 20 minutes. The call button to EMS was not relaying the call. After they we freed, a mother and her children were stuck and EMS had to come out too. Apparently this had been going on all day, but noone was there to close or repair the elevator. That evening EMS closed the elevator until repairs could be made. Our unit owner responded to our concern right away and stated he would contact property management. The elevator was fixed 2 days later. On the bright side, the condo was only on the 3rd floor and there are 2 accessible stairways. I am disabled, but managed the stairs okay. Overall, I'd say I would stay here again.

Family of four enjoyed plenty of amenities and very comfortable! Incredible view of white beach and emerald waters! Near plenty of attractions! Good communication with management!
