Unit 1131: Beautiful one bedroom, one and a half bath condo, sleeps 4 with a king bed and has a sofa sleeper in the living room. You can't get any closer to the beach at Sandpiper Cove. Gorgeous views!!! Sandpiper Cove, a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a 9 hole..par 3 golf course, 4 tennis courts, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat dock, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convienience. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.

I love staying at this condo. The view is gorgeous. The condo is really nice. Perfect for me and my fur baby. The kitchen is well stocked. Check in is so easy. I had no problem being able to contact the host. This is my second time to stay here and I plan to return. The restaurant onsite is wonderful. Everything is close by.

Right on the beach. Great view and location. Fast response to questions. Clean and comfortable. Would be even better if there were a screen door on the patio door or the ability to open windows to hear the ocean when weather is good. Additional $10 pet fee charged by Sandpiper Cove Resort that wasn't mentioned in the description and not included in the original rate. Would stay there again.

Absolutely awesome Vacation Rental

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Destin and this unit. The view is amazing. You are literally a few feet from the beach and Ocean. At night you could hear the waves lapping against the beach. It was also fantastic that we could stay at a place that allows pets. Atticus was so grateful to not have to stay at a kennel. Can’t wait till our next visit to Destin and this fabulous unit!!!

Great Stay for the Price

We come to Destin often and though a bit away from the hustle the condo & gated opportunity is amazing. The owners are fantastic to work with and the balcony view and being steps away from the beach is ideal. The decor is a bit dated but don’t let that deter you. The privacy of the units and the lack of a hotel feel make it well worth it. The living room is huge for a small family with the sleeper couch and it’s perfect for a couple. We enjoyed our stay here and will likely make this a Goto for future visits.

Beautiful view

Its a quaint condo right on the beach like it says. The Gulf breeze was breath taking. To gain access to the beach is just a short walk from the rear deck. The pools located on the other side of Sandpiper cove. We used 3 of them. 1 we found had 3 hot tubs. There is a restaurant located on the property. Very good food. We extended our visit 2 days.

Lovely location and view!

It fits the bill as far as on the beach, beach access, and being able to have our dogs with us. We really enjoyed our stay. It's not very updated. Kitchen faucet was broken, but we made it work. All in all, it's fine if you don't mind outdated and a bit old feeling. Fence was broken also on the patio. Just didn't sense it gets much attention, but the location and view are great. Walls are thin. Feels like a 4-plex and you can hear folks up and walking around. Nice enough for a getaway, and we did like the property as a whole.

great condo

it was a amazing stay once again. condo was clean and matched the description in the add. when renting for 8 days i think there should be more than 1 roll of toilet paper 1 roll of paper towels, and only one trash bag. the amount should depend on how long you are renting for. We went and bought all that and a coffee maker because there was no craft. we left everything there so hopefully the next renter gets to use it if the cleaning crew does not take it.

Excellent location, excellent view. Property is very old and floors were uneven and sagging. Property needed a deep clean as there was dust and grime in every corner and on lamps, mirrors, tables etc. We choose this property as they allowed pets but for our next stay in Destin we will hire a pet sitter and return to the place we’ve always stayed before as it is much less expensive, nicer, newer, cleaner and they even provide complimentary toiletries, as well as a box of detergent and softener for one load of laundry. Overall, we were not impressed.

Everything was nice although the “dead bolt” really wasn’t functional, could have used another light going down outside steps, tub was also very slickOwner bent over backwards to help with cable issues. Loved the location. Have stayed at Sandpiper Cove in past but not this close to the beach. It was awesome.

We had an excellent time. The balcony veiw was just amazing and picture perfect. The ocean view from the balcony and the bed room is absolutely stunning.
