"If i could give negative stars, i would. 1st: Our room wasnt ready, but the staff claimed to be unaware of this. They accepted payment and gave us the key but the room was TRASHED. Beds were tossed, blood on the sheets, trash throughout the room, bathroom horrendous. 2nd: The refund process has been abysmal. We were there an hour, if that and was given a partial refund even though the facility was less than subpar. The young lady we dealt with on the midnight shift was helpful and apologetic for the experience so there was that. She informed us that the only way to get the full refund was through the manager who would be on the morning shift, so we contacted Expedia who also spoke with the facility and was told they would give the Full refund only for them not to. Needless to say, i would NEVER come back to this facility. We drove 4 hours to get there only for my family and i to have the worst experience for any hotel stay in our personal experience. "

"We were so happy with this hotel. Location is perfect- not far from marina and Harborealk Village. Pricing was reasonable. Decent breakfast options (sausage grits biscuit waffles and more). Pool was nice- not heated but was fine. Staff super friendly. Free parking. If we return we would definitely stay there again. Room was spacious and comfortable beds. Only thing id change is a little better lighting in the room but besides that it was great. "

"This hotel was perfect. I have a restricted diet so I loved the full kitchen in the room. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and just right for vacation. I enjoyed the heated pool because the weather was a little cool. The waterfall in the jacuzzi was a bit aggressive. You have to either sit behind the waterfall or to the far left of the waterfall, but you cannot sit on the right side, or you will get splattered in the face with jacuzzi water."

"ROOM WAS COLD UPON ARRIVAL, COULD NOT GET THE HEATER ON SO I CALLED IT TOOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER, BUT THEY CAME AND GOT US COMFORTABLE. "
