The staff at the property comes off a bit rude. I understand the idea of the parking pass but writing my room number on my parking pass that I have to hang on my rear view mirror or place it on my dash board was a safety concern to me. The unit I stayed in was pretty clean, beds were comfy…. A few cabinets were loose, the bathroom sinks take forever to drain…a few more other minor concerns. The host offered to fix the minor issues but I declined for it to be fixed during my stay.

Master bath was small and not updated. Shower head was pretty bad. Otherwise a great condo right on the beach. Need to put instructions for trash being we were on first floor there were no trash chutes and no dumpster access.

We stayed at this two bdrm beach front apt for spring break. It was a beautiful apt. It felt like home but with the beach all around you. From the main bedroom balcony to the living room balcony you were surrounded by the beautiful beach. We saw dolphins from our balcony is the mornings. The home was very clean. The ability to wash our clothes in the full size machines made it so easy. The owners were very responsive and checked on us throughout our stay. We most certainly would stay in 2001 again and highly recommence any one else to do the same. The property itself was amazing all you could expect from a resort. Several pools, clean beach and extremely family friendly. The location is prime as it is conveniently located near stores, restaurants and any other activities in the area.

Pool area over crowded impossible to enjoy hot tub overflowed beside the visible dirty water … not to mention the rules of the beach chairs setup that restricts those who don’t want to pay $$$ p/day to be near to the water. (You can’t seat up your chair even if you have children’s to watch them with the possible consequences of get fined the hotel punishment for your choice of be by the edge of the beach. Never heard of that so no thanks. SHOULD LET US KNOW BEFORE RESERVATION ABOUT IT. I loss my rights to enjoy the beach by the edge of the water after paying the rent just like anyone else
