This condo on the beach has plenty of space for those moments when everyone wants to find their own private corner of paradise and for those moments when everyone wants to gather for a great time together. The beachfront balcony is the perfect place to settle in and experience the fantastic sunrises and sunsets of the Emerald Coast. Not to mention the occasional dolphin sightings! The dining area provides plenty of space for all to enjoy memorable meals together. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all you will need if you decide to whip up your own special creations and family recipes.

The master bedroom provides incredible beach views and is perfectly positioned for being lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf. The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private master bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a king bed and a flat-screen TV. Fall Getaway

Condo was off the main road but still close to everything you need. Beautiful condo and complex. Beach was easily accessible and gorgeous. Great stay!

Winter Break

Condo is nice, clean, and away from the main drag. The pool is right below the unit’s balcony , which can make it a bit loud when you are sitting out there. We were there during a busy time with spring break, so there were lots of families around.

Great condo but did not like beach area

The condo itself was great. Very clean. Very accurate description. Sliding glass door is very hard to open. My only complaint is the beach area. The condo did not come with a rented, umbrella and chairs. And the beach service chairs, and umbrellas take up all of the front beach. Also, there is a hill miracles

Very clean unit & pool. Close walk to the gulf waters. Nice grill area.

We were celebrating 44 years of marriage & our friends were celebrating 40! We had a blast. Beach not crowded, off the busy road but plenty of restaurants, shops & grocery stores nearby. Great place for all ages.Will book again and bring the grandkids.

Spectacular View

Spectacular view! Extremely clean condo! However, the master/front bedroom’s air conditioning was poor! The other bedroom was very cool! Be prepared for firm beds! But again, spectacular view right on the beach!!

Looking forward to our next stay!

We booked last minute and had such an amazing time. The unit was spacious and appeared just as photographed. The king beds were comfortable and fantastic. The balcony was the icing on the cake and we could see dolphins. It was magical and we are looking to staying again. Only downside was the laundry outside of the unit, the quarter dispenser was broken, but you could pay with an app so we figured that out.

We loved the location and easy access to the beach. Rental was very clean and well stocked with necessities. Would have liked to know that there are beach chairs and umbrellas available at the end of the building, so we wouldn't have had to buy them. Would definitely come back in the future.

Wonderful view and easy access to the beach

This place is so cute. And we enjoyed that it was in a quiet area of Destin yet still close to everything. The dishwasher had some mold and they came out the next day and cleaned it and the very friendly lady who did it said she would recommend a new one to her manager. There was also mold on the bottom of the living room curtains and they wanted to replace them while we were there! Very prompt and efficient. The actual condo was very cute and clean. Master bedroom has a view of the Gulf and pool. Other bedroom faces outdoor hallway and elevator. Overall satisfied with our stay and Compass resorts response to our issues.

The condo was great! Very conveniently located to the elevator, laundry room (located outside of the condo, but just outside), and the trash chute. Extremely close to the beach an absolute plus. The pool was nice. Nice to be so close to stores. Easy in and out, as well as easy check in and out process.
