"Its a beautiful estate with cozy bungalows. Ac worked great and everything was clean.The family was amazing, very helpful. "Big rooms, very affordable, the only problem is that we had giant ants in our room and a big pile of sand/sawdust/dirt in the bathroom that came from the bathroom door. We cleaned it but it started forming again in the morning so looks like something was eating the door from the inside and that's also probably where the ants came from"

"The property did not look like the pictures on Expedia website which seem photoshopped, the sign has fell of the front of the hotel and the hotel room had stains on the walls and roof. The hotel is also part farm and the animals look sick. Maybe this was a nice hotel in the past but now it’s just not fit for purpose."

"We had a magical time staying at Ban Rai Tin Thai Ngarm Eco Lodge. This is a family run lodge surrounded by their beautiful garden and the mountains, a paradise away from the city. The hosts are the most hospitable people I have ever met, they made us feel welcome immediately. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts give advice and maps of the area to explore. My only regret is not staying longer, I never wanted to leave. If you are thinking about booking here, do it, you will not regret it!"
