"Very enjoyable experience altogether. The room was clean and the staff was hospitable. I enjoyed using the pool and the breakfast was very appetizing. If I were to visit Charlotte again, it would be hard not to come back to this particular location."

"Desk staff were friendly, it was clean and comfy. The gym and pool were awesome. Lots of gym equipment. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 9:30 to see if we were still there, when check out wasn't until 12:00. Luckily, we didn't plan on sleeping in. Then as we were getting on the elevator, she asked what room we just left.. I understand being efficient, but we just felt rushed, like we had interfered with her job by still being there. Everything else was amazing ."

"I emailed the property asking about an early check-in (only 1 hour early). I never heard back. So I got there and it was less than a 1 hour early check-in. The first guy at the desk was rude about it but said I could sit in the lobby. Once the first guy left, the other guy waved me over and said it’s no problem me checking in early. He was so nice! The only other issue I had was I had to get new batteries put in the tv remote (no big deal). The room was set up nicely and very comfortable. The blackout curtains actually do block out all light. I couldn’t hear the interstate or any other noise from the hallway or other rooms. Would stay here again and recommend this place to others!"

"55$ a night to park was horrendous and I worked all my adult life in NYC. Staff should be briefed on local events like the 10K race as everyone we asked had no idea what streets were being closed and how or even if it would impact our departure last Sunday. Other than those two things it was a great place and location and I would stay there again but I would plan to not park there. That fee is ridiculous."
