Property is run down, half of the outlets did not work, herd of small flies in bathroom, toilet ran on its own every 30 minutes. Breakfast was coffee and bagels. I selected this hotel because it was very close to a meeting I had in Charlotte and I did not want to fight morning traffic. Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, shower had decent water pressure.

Nice

Very nice hotel. You can tell it is older, but everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again if in the area. The only thing-on the website it mentioned early check in, but we arrived an hour early, but was told we had to wait until 3 to check in. But otherwise, good stay!!

The stay was fine, room was clean, but there was a lot of homeless hanging around outside sleeping in the bushes. Our vehicle was parked at front door in front of the security cameras when it was broken into. The security cameras do not work and the hotel is not responsible for damages.

Photos are misleading. We left an hour after checking in. I gave a 2-star review because I do not know how it would have been if we stayed. Room was very dated. Staff was very friendly. Gentleman helped us get into our room upon 3rd try and room change (keycard needed to be held on pad longer). Full refund being applied to our card. Other room doors were visibly broken. First floor room didn't feel safe.

One thing can be said for sure, the bed was the best part about the whole stay. It’s $100 deposit fee when you check in. They have cockroaches. I think we killed over 10, give or take, over the stay of three nights. It said it had a pool but it was closed for some reason. The breakfast was weak. Coffee, apples, and bagels was it. On top of everything the neighborhood was sketchy!!! We pulled in Friday night and saw a man on a bike carrying the bike. Plain old sketched out.

Friendly and helpful staff especially housekeeping and the young lady at lobby desk. But in our 1st room there were roaches. We were moved to another room which had roaches as well, dripping faucet, toilet not flushing properly and constantly running, weak/no wifi. They offered to move us to another room but the other rooms were the same or worse so we kept the same room. We endured as our stay was not long. The area is ok - restaurants and gas stations with light shopping in walking distance. The staff told me they just purchased the hotel and were working on repairs and other issues so maybe it will be better in the future.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Had to kill a couple roaches in the room but I understand how difficult they are to deal with. Pool was closed and it looked like it had been for a while. "balcony" access was closed off from our room but wasn't a big deal. Their breakfast was ... Lacking. They offered bagels, apples, a couple oranges and coffee day and day 2 they included muffins,. My wife is diabetic co nothing she could really eat. A/C in the room was kind of cool but not what I generally experience in a hotel or motel so I went to a nearby Walmart to get a fan to help since it was almost 100 outside and our unusable balcony door faced west.

There is no elevator, and we were on the second floor with large suitcases. Would not have booked here if we’d known there was no elevator. The stairwell was disgusting; the door to the second floor was grimy and slammed every time it was used. Upon arriving in our room, the sheets were clean, but mattresses were filthy, we killed multiple bugs, the TV malfunctioned, and there was staining on the walls. The carpet felt weird and sticky or crunchy almost. The AC worked well though. The bathroom had recently been used to color someone’s hair bright pink. The walls, floor, and tub were filthy, and that’s not including the bright pink stains. The included breakfast was coffee, some apples, and bagels; I did not try the coffee, but my untoasted bagel was hard. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone.

Coming from NYC you pay for what you get. Pricing reasonable but everything in the rooms was old rusty decayed etc. The hot tub worked but it had age issues as well. I WOULD stay again since the majority of my time isn't spent in the room. Multiple businesses restaurants etc in the area all within walking distance which was a big plus!

Gave me a room key to someone's room Walked right in and a man yelled yoo this room is occupied Went to front desk gave us a new room apologizes And the man I walked in on came to front desk saying this was the 4th time they gave out his room Then the 2nd day the front desk opened my room i was so scared i was in bathroom He yellwd at me yelling at me saying I was not supposed be there and the room is marked vacant After back and forth i went to front desk he looked at computer and apologizes Not a good experience
