"The room was filthy. Very negleted r/m. Couldn't access crockery as the fridge was blocking the door. Drain in the bathroom was so foul I had to cover it with a towel. Curtains were attached to the rod with cable ties. A room smoke alarm was going off all night for the want of a new battery. This place needs to be closed down."

"Overall the property is very dated. Linen very dated. Two towels in room despite three people staying. Bed's very uncomfortable. Door to room could be opened with a hard shoulder.
