"The gym had a good variety of equipment. The property was nice and clean. They accommodated diet restrictions well. It would have been nice to have more than one carton of water, the others were à la cart. The room was nice and came with both a shower space, tub, bathrobes and a table to sit at with two chairs in the main space."

"Very clean and everything in working order. Front desk staff INCREDIBLY attentive and nice; one man went to the restaurant to get me a bucket of ice and offered to go get me a breakfast menu. When I checked in they accommodated me with a room facing away from the busy street. Self park 2 blocks away which is half the price of the hotel valet. The lady at the desk even told me how to get there!"

"Parking can be a bit challenging, but if you snag a spot on the street like we did, you won’t have to pay for parking. Staff was friendly and helpful from the time we checked in to when we checked out. The room was clean and very comfortable for our romantic getaway. We had everything we needed. I especially loved that it had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The breakfast area was nice and clean with plenty of seating. They had diverse food options, and this was great because my husband doesn’t eat pork or eggs, while I enjoy a typical breakfast. We will absolutely be staying here again."

"This hotel is 4 blocks from the 40th street and Market subway stop which made it very easy to get around the city. There are plenty of amenities ( eg: restaurants and stores) nearby as the hotel sits on the end of the U Penn campus. The morning buffet breakfast was a great perk and the gym was great."

"It was a great place to stay! The only thing we had trouble with was the air conditioning in the bedroom it was hot by the second day it was better but still uncomfortable. Besides that it was a great place to stay"

"My partner and I loved staying at this VRBO. I surprised him with a trip for the weekend for his birthday and it was perfect for what we needed ! The only thing that was frustrating was the parking situation as there is only 2 hour parking outside of this place and we did end up getting a ticket as we slept in past the two hour mark for Saturday morning, the parking is only 2 hours from 8-6 Mon-Sat, so in the future we would look for different parking that would have to be further away from the actual place. This is completely out of Akia’s control, so no fault to her, just a note I thought I should share for future renters! Thank you for everything Akia! We will definitely consider this property for future stays!"
