"We had good stay at the hotel. I really like the first day breakfast, not that many place has boston cream and apple donut! I was excited for my second day breakfast but unfortunately the choices became so much less on Sunday. Another down side is the swimming pool temperature was so cold I couldn't go in. Other than that, the place is clean and staff are very nice. So much better than most of the hotels in North America i would say."

"It was difficult to find the entrance of the hotel at first. The outside needs a little bit of maintenance. However once I was inside it was very nice! The staff was friendly. The room was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was great! I had a wonderful time staying there!"

"This hotel is located across from a restaurant complex so lots of options for food nearby. Mostly for lunch & dinner. Breakfast at the hotel is a limited menu but what they have is done well & freshly cooked. Price is reasonable for the area. The hotel restaurant is usually empty at lunch & dinner. The bar isn't busy in the evenings. Breakfast is busier & the waitstaff were friendly, fast & efficient. This is a pet friendly hotel which worked well for us. The room was clean. Hubby inspected the room thoroughly before we brought our pet & belonging in. The room had 2 queen beds, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, tv, desk & small sitting area by the window. The bathroom was stocked with clean towels, a hair dryer, & hotel brand toiletries. There is also a small closet with an iron & ironing board. All in all this is a decent hotel. If you're bothered by street noise ask for a quiet room. Our room faced the road & it was quite noisy for me. Hubby was fine with the noise though."

"This hotel tries to nickel and dime you on every move, while charging high rates and squeezing every penny out of you they can; height of corporate greed. On check-in they pressure you to agree to receiving some sort of IHG points for having room cleaning once every 3 days instead of every day. That's fine, I agree to that, there's no need for every day. But I stayed a whole week, and they did not even come once let alone to even take the trash out. The washrooms have watered down soap instead of any hand or face soap or proper soap bars, in attempt to save costs. The battery on TV remote is basically dead and you have to be 1 ft in front of TV for signal to work. There was no notepad, pen, napkins, room phone, or glass cup in the room. No microwave or freezer in the mini fridge. No ceiling light in room only lamps."
