"Our experience at the hotel was disappointing overall. Upon arrival, we struggled to find a proper place to park our vehicle, which was frustrating after a long trip. The reception staff were noticeably indifferent and unhelpful, which set a negative tone from the start. Finding our room was unnecessarily difficult due to poor signage and guidance. The room itself felt like it was assigned as a last option—located in a corner, giving the impression that it was one of the least desirable rooms remaining. The bathroom floor was particularly problematic. The tile work appeared poorly designed, lacking basic functionality and comfort, which made using the space inconvenient. Breakfast service was another letdown. The staff behaved in a way that made us feel unwelcome, almost as if we were being rushed to finish quickly and leave. This created a very uncomfortable dining experience. The only positive aspect of our stay was the housekeeping staff, who were polite, helpful, and professional. The 2-point rating is solely due to their efforts. Overall, the hotel did not live up to its name or expectations. It felt like a below-average experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it."

"I was sick and the hotel refused to cancel my booking and refund me. So I need to take up the booking and stayed the night. When I checked in on Aps18 , all lobby was renovating and the smell and dust was not healthy for any guest. The hotel should be closed down for 1-2 weeks until their renovations are complete. Selfish management , obviously"
