"Very comfortable bed, clean rooms with plenty of space. Locations is great if you have a car. Everything is within 5min. Couple of negatives: I had a corner room facing the freeway and I had to sleep with earplugs, literally feels like you're on the side of the road. Elevator was not working, not a huge deal and I'm sure they'll eventually fix it. Outdoor pool was out of service.. The comfort of the room and soft beds were enough to bookmark this one for my next trip to Dallas."

"This Courtyard gives the appearance of having been recently renovated. The room had a new feel about it and was very nicely appointed. Very conveniently located and reasonably priced, this is a good option in the Richardson area."

"This hotel is in a very dangerous area with tons of homeless people walking through the parking lot. I was offered drugs by one of the homeless people within a few minutes of parking my truck. There are signs everywhere in the parking lot about it being in a high crime area and to hide and protect your valuables. For these reasons, I tried to cancel my reservation due to feeling unsafe in this area. I did not want my vehicle broken into or damaged while onsite at night nor did I want to deal with the homeless people and the very obvious drug use in the parking lot. Both Hotels.com and this hotel manager declined to partially or fully refund this reservation even after I voiced my concerns for the safety and wellbeing of my family. They do not care about your safety or wellbeing if you choose to stay here. I would have accepted a partial refund even if they chose to charge me for the first night plus a cancellation fee, but they charged me for four nights with no refund. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST NEVER STAYING HERE UNLESS YOU DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY!!!!"
