"The breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful for the most part. I hope the gentleman working the bar during the two days I was there was just filling in, as he might not be the best fit for that role. I am not complaining about the drinks, but his condescending attitude really rubbed people the wrong way."

"I stayed for 3 nights. There were no room services at all. No door sign for requesting room service. Body wash bottle was empty, I talked to front desk about it, but it was was not refilled at all, I had to use shampoo, instead. No hand soap at the sink in the bathroom for use after toileting. I also had to use shampoo, intsead."
