Needs a new couch - coud not sut on it - itchy (maybe fleas) Tap was running for 2 compleet days - however fixed when notified

i booked for 2 nights. The house is good but inside is not ok. i took my toilet paper , hand soap, dish washing , fan, heater, with me. First night i spent really horrible, the main door lock did not working ,i left the door unlock whole night . My partner and kids were really scared. in the toilet the shower did not work properly. in the SPA i found 2 spiders. The kitchen sink tap did not work properly. i spent such a good money but i am not really satisfied. even though they took $ 500 security deposit i don't know when i get it back. in Australia i have never paid deposit ever.

Great location

Cute little apartment on the ground floor. Positives - clean and neat, close to the beach, pool in the complex. Negatives - there were no fans or aircon on the property. I will give feedback directly to the agents on a couple of minor maintenance issues. Overall a wonderful few days away and would stay again (BYO fans!)
