"This review is with great regret. I had every hope of settling my dissapointment with the property manager. Unfortunately, the property manager did not reciprocate. Upon arrival, apartment was dirty. Contacted East Coast Getaways (managing agent) who stated 'oh sorry the owners were the last ones in there, we will get a cleaner out'. The cleaner arrived; however, I was required to meet the cleaner on ground floor as they did not have access to level 2. We then realised we were only given TWO towels when it specifically stated there were THREE people staying. Again, I brought this to the agents attention. The following day, I had to meet the cleaner downstairs for our towels. The following day, my husband noticed dried blood going down the front of toilet bowl (inevitably after the agent had admitted that the property was not cleaned after the owners were in there last). AGAIN, we were expected to take up our own holiday time to meet ANOTHER cleaner downstairs and bring them up to level 2. Three times did I have to meet cleaners because they had no access to level 2. My own holiday time. Then I did a load of washing. The online listing specifically states washer AND dryer. The dryer was broken. I could not dry a load. So ontop of paying the accommodation, I also had to pay out of my pocket for laundry. I sent numerous VIDEOS of the broken dryer to agent; however, her response was 'we can't get a repair man out over the holiday period'. It was just expected that we suffer the consequences. I did everything that was expected of me. Checked out on time, paid on time, followed all their processes and policies. I tried to negotiate and settle these issues with the agent on numerous occasions. However, it has caused me so much distress. Constantly being ignored, told to call the office, I did, still waiting for a call back. Then I was told to email. Then I was told she would forward the proof of refund FIVE days ago, im still waiting. Nothing but manipulation and lies. Sorry, I forgot to mention the cigarette butts on the balcony of a NON-SMOKING room. I have photos, videos, text transcripts and will be taking this further unfortunately. However, it is with so much sadness that I write this as I tried so hard to settle with the managing agent. They would have to be the most unprofessional and unpleasant people to deal with. I should have read their Facebook review prior to booking my family's annual holiday with them."

"Great for a one night stay. Host was very helpful with the location of key and instructions on getting in. Great view A bit noisy from surrounding apartment blocks echoing street noise. But not unbearable. The doors blocked a lot of the noise."
