"We stayed at Spin 1 over Labor Day Week and had a wonderful vacation. The property is truly beautiful and has so much to offer. The property had the quintessential OBX feel and perfectly captured the coastal charm of the Outer Banks. It felt "cozier" than other houses we've stayed at and we felt right at home. The walk to the beach is a breeze - less than a 5 minute walk. We brought our kids bikes and they rode to the beach, there is a bike rack at the beach access. The gated community is very small, and the private beach access was very quiet - we were the only ones at the beach every day. The pool was wonderful for our kids, and the 1 acre property was perfect for our dogs (an added bonus that the property was pet friendly!). We can't wait to stay here again!"

"Everything was as advertised. Food Lion is the local grocery store for restocking snacks and there is a list of local places of interest on the fridge. There are plenty of options so cooking wasn't an issue as there are plenty of places to get a bite."

"The house was beautiful, with a great view out over the water, especially at sunset.The house was clean and well kept, with plenty of space to hang out and rest. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, and we had no complaints.We cooked some meals and we found the kitchen well stocked with cookware and with plenty of plates and utensils. The host was quick to respond when we had questions, and was able to help with everything we needed, even sending someone over to address an issue we had.We had a wonderful time at the house, and would highly recommend it,"

"Our stay was wonderful! Very quiet spot on the water. Very serene! The home was lovely and had all the little touches! We didn’t get the kayaks on the water, but it was nice knowing they were made available to the guests. Dana provided for our needs and then some! It was nice having a Food Lion close by. We drove the distance to Duck and to Wanchese every day for fishing and restaurants. Did some cooking at the home too with the equipment provided at the property for seafood. Highly recommend."

"This was a great house! Perfect for our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers). The house had a great layout with two screened porches, one with a hammock and swinging love seat overlooking the pool and another overlooking the Sound and the sunset. The house was well equipped with beach chairs, games, and a ping pong table. The trolley stop at the end of the driveway was incredibly convenient, The added bonus was being walking distance to the Duck Donuts for fresh, hot donuts in the morning! We are looking to returning again next year!"

"We had a wonderful stay in Corolla from August 6 to August 13! The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for a great beach vacation. The amenities were excellent, and the pool was definitely one of the highlights. We spent plenty of time enjoying it when we weren’t at the beach.The house was well maintained, spacious, and had all the little things that made it feel like a home away from home. It was a perfect place for our family to relax, spend time together, and enjoy everything Corolla has to offer.We absolutely loved our stay and made some great memories here. We’re already looking forward to coming back in 2027! Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay! We came down as a family and truly enjoyed our time here. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was incredibly attentive, friendly, and easy to communicate with, which made our experience even better. We would definitely recommend this home to other families and would happily stay again!"

"I have traveled to Outer Banks since 1984, well aware of the environment and weather. The house was hit by lightening Sunday on our rental from Saturday to Saturday. Never had tv or internet the whole time until Friday evening. It was the service I received and the attentiveness from the office that made the experience worse than what it was. Hate to say that used many rental companies throughout the years and not ever had this kind of service. House great location great service not good at all! Hopefully this never happens again, this is my heaven on earth!!"
