"Very short walk to the beach! The home had everything our family of 10 needed.There was a power outage in the neighborhood the first night that blew a blower on one of the air conditioners. Our host got an HVAC company there within hours and the problem was fixed ASAP. This impressed me because there were many other homes with issues after the power outage, but our problem was addressed quickly.My only concern was the presence of mold on several of the shower curtains. We washed them all in bleach and that cleared up the problem."

"Mike and Carol are top notch hosts. Outstanding communication and help. We loved the way the house was close to beach(5-10 minutes) but is secluded in the trees offering privacy in pool area. The pool is a fantastic swim/play area. The way the house is set up our families were able to find their own bedroom spaces to keep their routines. The upstairs has one long island with stool seating and two complete kitchens. The space also has a long eating table for 20ish and in our case games. There are two tv seating areas in that great area too. There are tvs in the game/ gathering areas on the second and bottom floors as well. We really appreciated the opportunity to stay here and think it’s a great beach place especially for families."

"Home was beautiful and just as pictured in the listing. Very clean throughout the home. We loved the location as well as the many porches around the house. Pool was clean and well serviced. Only critique would be the cookware. Pans are pretty scuffed up so a lot of things stuck to them when cooking. LOVED having 3 refrigerators, which made life so much easier with 4 families staying there. Excellent host and communication."

"Bikini Bottom had everything that our family could have wanted in a beautiful beach home. The pool, hot tub and tiki bar area were perfect for still getting fun relaxation time without being on the sand all day. The very short walk to the beach makes this place all the better. The rooms and living areas were all very comfortable and very beautiful. Any of the multiple deck areas are perfect for morning coffee, mid-day lemonade or evening cocktails. Our dog was living his best life for a whole week, and we think the kids might have had some fun too. We hope this place becomes a continued vacation spot for our family in the future."

"We had our family vacation here. What a great neighborhood. Quiet with excellent access to the beach (picture perfect) and great access to Corolla and Duck. Grocery store is 5 min away! Kids had fun at at the beach and in the pool. Pool was nice...a little investment in a robo pool vac would have put it over the top. Foosball table needs work. The weather was favorable so we spent most of the time at the beach, in the pool or taking in some of the activities in Duck and Corolla. The house was large and we really liked the double sinks, double clothes washer/drier and plenty of hot water. The interior space was great...plenty of room. Furnishings are a bit on the worn side as is some of the finish on the interior and exterior of the home. For our purposes, though, it fit the bill and we had a great time! The host was very responsive and check in was easy."
