"The hostess was easy to communicate with and we enjoyed the open concept of the house as well as the huge dining room table! Strangly, there was no dvd player in the house but a great collection of dvds! The hostess did specify only a starter pack of toiletries provided and we brought more toilet paper and paper towels. But there was no soap by the sinks provided or garbage bags other than the ones in the trash cans. So bring some! Eileen did bring us 2 garbage bags when we messaged her as we had just gotten back from the store to get soap."

"We had a group of 22 (12 adults, 10 children) stay for a long weekend. Property is well maintained, rooms are great size, and plenty of refrigerator space for all of us. Two full size kitchens made it easy for us to prepare meals. Quiet area. House does sit in the middle of 2 other houses, but it didn’t alter our visit in any way."

"The property had the perfect layout for our stay- 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The porch and outside deck areas were great for relaxing and enjoying our time in the home. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing our meals. We did have 2 dying rats on the property which created concerns that we reported but did not receive a call back. It could have been due to making the call before office hours but we would have expected a call to confirm the clean up."

"We’ve stayed in a few other properties in this general area and this by far is the best one you’ll find. Clean. Spacious. It’s a small detail but I think speaks volumes to our experience… the beach chairs were in excellent condition. To us it demonstrated care and thoughtfulness to their guests experience. We would absolutely stay here again."

"This townhouse can easily fit 6 adults and two children. Comfortable beds and awesome AC.Very short walk to the beach access and a half mile walk to Harris Teeter.Almost a resort-like atmosphere at the pool, which is entirely surrounded by the Indian Summer townhouses.Only caveat: the parking spot for the townhouse is a very tight turn. Certainly not the fault of the owner! But be careful pulling in."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been to OBX with a multifamily group at least 5 times, and this was our best home yet! It was clean, new, spacious, and had all the expected amenities. Sonos was a nice touch."
