"Resonable stayover, older hotel to rest on your travel journey or sightsee in the region. Improvements occuring with added outdoor areas. Main St position great for shops and a transport spot nearby. Cold drinks. Menu for dining had extensive list of food choices, very tasty food and a plentiful amount for the very hungry. Staff helpful and obliging. Breakfast, light options included and appreciated. Basic clean small bedroom. Double storey. Steep stairs to top floor rooms. Clean fresh bathrooms in corridors for sharing."

"Old country style pub accommodation with shared bathroom facilities. Restaurant attached inside the hotel serves a good selection of meals. Would recommend the seafood basket. I also managed to consume fresh oysters in chili lime sauce. Nothing like enjoying a beer outside late afternoon."

"Lovely property with a great host. Air con and fans throughout the property made it comfortable while we were there as it was humid. Location is quiet but close enough to the town. Some provisions upon arrival were nice and thoughtful. "
