"I am extremely grateful for Hotels.com and their willingness to help us on this reservation. I had no clue how dilapidated downtown LA has become in the last few years. The parking directly next door to this hotel had a non-working elevator. We had to carry luggage down three flights of stairs. There was a non-housed individual resting at the entry way of the hotel. The hotel was very dark and the bar/restaurant was not open for service. The staff was very quiet at my concerns and no one gave any reassurance on my issues."

"Very nice hotel in downtown LA close to all of the art museums and the disney concert hall. Staff were all very helpful. Lots of amenities and fun things to do. Our room and bed were nice but could have been cleaner. Overall it was a very nice stay and the service of the staff members made it even better! Would recommend this hotel for a stay with walking distance to the downtown’s attractions. "

"What I like is that you can convenietly order food while staying in the hotel and have it delivered to the room. It was perfect for staying in. Overall, it was a smooth and satisfying staying and I would definitely come back again."
