"We had an issue upon arrival with our room being double booked. Returned to the desk and in return they placed us on the highest floor of rooms for the inconvenience. Great views all around great stay"

"Clean, convenient, accessible. Bartender named Tim was incredible however his counterparts not so much. La prime steakhouse served delicious food but service was terrible. Waiter named Stephanie was/is not ready to be on the floor."

"What I like is that you can convenietly order food while staying in the hotel and have it delivered to the room. It was perfect for staying in. Overall, it was a smooth and satisfying staying and I would definitely come back again."

"I stay here often and have always gave 5 star reviews but this time it sadly was the complete opposite, for 1 our check in was at 4pm and we had to end up switching rooms and checking in until 545pm , 2nd the room we go smelled strongly like urine , the speakers on the tv were blown out snd the shower head in th bathroom was broken , to make matters worse the lady in the lobby that helped me this time was completely un professional and talking to me like if it was my fault they did not have my room ready , overall i might have to consider a different hotel next time which sucks because i normally love this hotel"

"Listen. I’m sure there is someone out there, possessed by unique millennial verve, for whom this hotel is absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, I do not posses the citizenM spirit. Instead, I am a bitter old (33 year old) women and do not understand the features like having a front desk person whose only function is to tell me that they don’t have a front desk and that I should use the communal iPad instead, a shower with terrible water pressure that can be lit up in club colors for some reason, and a bed that is perhaps made of cement. At my big (33 year old) age, I cannot grasp the charm of this hotel. However, I know that there are those who don’t care about not being able to buy a water bottle anywhere in the entire building for whom the community spirit of the citizenM will bring a sense of peace and belonging that is perhaps unmatched by anything besides working in a WeWork circa 2011. May these restless millennials find their shore here at the citizenM hotel. Godspeed, you insufferable dweebs. "
