"This is a very unique property, loaded with beautiful art and tastefully appointed. The location is perfect for a couple or single looking to unwind in a beautifully landscaped, private studio apartment. The home has a well equipped kitchen and bath and the living and sleeping quarters are quite comfortable. We would stay there again."

"Great little beach house in Rockport and very central for exploring Rockport and Gloucester. Would definitely stay here again. One warning, there is no a/c as listed and even though it’s on the beach you’re still a block away from the water so if it was toasty at night it would be quite warm for sleeping in my opinion. With fans we did just fine but it was pretty warm the first night we were there."
