There was a heating issue the host had some difficulty solving in a timely manner (one night with no heat in the upstairs, but heat was able to travel upward from the main floor). Host was professional and pleasant in their communication, and the house was otherwise a beautiful location to spend a Christmas vacation with family!"

"The stay here was excellent. The rooms and furnishings were comfortable. So wonderful to have a washer and dryer so we were able to do laundry before packing up for the trip back home. A great location, walking distance to cafes, shopping and the harbor view. Our host was excellent about communication.
