"Our family had a wonderful stay at Beach & King. The house had plenty of room for our group of 10. It was clean & comfortable, it was well stocked and had fun and interesting decor. The location was great - easy walk to beach and town. We loved sitting on the large front porch. Tim met us at the house to show us around and was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. Would recommend it and hope to get back there soon."

"Great place for an extended family trip. We loved Rockport and visited Motif 1 We hiked in Halibut Point State State Park. We went to Gloucester and bought seafood for a dinner in the well equipped kitchen. There we had a somber visit to the Gloucester Fishermen’s Memorial. All in all a great experience."

"This property was just as described! It was well appointed & communication with host was swift and helpful. I used the house as home base for my daughters wedding, and while we did not take advantage if the proximity to the amazing nearby beaches, it was bright (great for hair and makeup!), had large cute bedrooms, and was modern and spacious.
