We especially loved spending time on the porch, which became our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The host was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for us. "We got in very late (11:00 pm) so no attendant. Very dark too. The text instructions for finding our room were confusing as we went to the clubhouse, code didn’t work and then went to blue door. But we loved the room and location. "

"We love old homes and all their quirks, so be ready for that. The decks overlooking the Rockport bay were lovely, and being able to walk on the sidewalk to Bearskin Neck and the beaches and park was terrific. To be clear this place is not luxurious. While it is well stocked with a new coffee maker, bean grinder, air fryer, and coffee and spices and cookware, the stove and dishwasher are on their last leg and some of the bathroom hardware needs replacement. But the bottom line is it is a great value for the price and we loved it. "
