"Our family group of 11, ages 15-84, spent a week in this house and loved it! From the spacious living areas to the four homey, comfortable bedrooms with attached bathrooms, to the large porch with a great view of the ocean and neighborhood, it was perfect for us. The three youngest in the family enjoyed having individual sleeping areas. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with essentials, including a large refrigerator and plenty of ice. Bearskin Neck is a quick walk with good food options and fun shopping. A lovely small park is less than a block away. I was hesitant to book this place because it wasn’t the typical rental we choose (not so modern or “sleek”) but that’s what makes it so special. We discovered new objects of decor every day. :) So charming! At the beginning of our stay, we enjoyed the fireplace, but by the end of the week we used the effective window AC units. No problems, no complaints. We highly recommend Beach and King!"

"The location of the property was great. Unfortunately the weather was cool and misting but that's Rockport in May. Consequently we spent more time inside than we planned. The living room furniture was not comfortable. All kitchen stuff was good and the bed was comfortable as well as quiet. Street parking was fine but this was off season."

"We had the absolute best time at this rental and cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how sparkling clean and well-maintained everything was—it immediately felt like a relaxing home away from home.The location is unbeatable. It was incredibly convenient and put us exactly where we wanted to be for our trip, making it so easy to get around and explore.To top it all off, the property is just as adorable in person as it is in the pictures (if not more so!). The decor is charming, the vibe is cozy, and it’s clear the owners put a lot of thought into the space."
