"Good location and good communication with the host. The property needs maintenance, and deep cleaning. The sofa and chairs were filthy. Also my sheets were stained. The shower drain was clogged. Also lots of ants in the kitchen area ( even if we only used the apartment to sleep and no cooking). There is a sign full of threats that I don't really appreciate, doesn't make you feel welcome. No cleaning services, towel replacement and toilet paper replanisment in all the 5 days I was there. The...

"Property never replied and I couldn’t check into booking. Front desk said have to contact host, even though check in instructions said to contact front desk. Contacted the property 5 days leading up to arriving, no response. Messaged property before my flight, no response. Arrived to Vietnam and property never responded. Then contacted Expedia and they said they can’t offer a refund even though I never even got to check in and stay at the booking. Absolute nightmare of an experience."
