"This place was so so much better then our previous one in Ho chi Minh.. Was super impressed that we had so much space for the 3 of us... we even had a basic kitchen.. I enjoyed cooking of in the pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful, my daughter was unwell and they found a good hospital for us to go too, rang taxi and made sure they knew where to take us... room service was everyday, was basic.. as other reviews have said cleanliness isnt one of there top things... more to do with dusting...

"I book a luxury room type, the room is really big! It includes 3 individual room, me and my two friends having a good time in this experience! "Property never replied and I couldn’t check into booking. Front desk said have to contact host, even though check in instructions said to contact front desk. Contacted the property 5 days leading up to arriving, no response. Messaged property before my flight, no response. Arrived to Vietnam and property never responded. Then contacted Expedia and they said they can’t offer a refund even though I never even got to check in and stay at the booking. Absolute nightmare of an experience."
