"Room did feel neglected. The biggest concern was the smoke detector was completed wrapped in masking tape. I did tell the front desk (and showed a photo) and she said she would tell management. No one addressed during our stay.
The draperies were falling down and unsupported in spots, we were afraid to move them at all.
