"The first room I was in the thermostat didn’t work. So I went down to the desk and the staff was very nice and switched my room. Which I appreciated! "

"Such a great experience! Cute place, kind host great communication. Easy check in checkout process and very clean! Just what you need for a weekend getaway. "

"The room was not as clean sofa dingy, and sunken in. Just didn’t seem as clean but we needed to stay in Denton. "

"The room itself was a great set up and spacious. However, the moment we walked in, you could tell it was very hot. I assumed we needed to adjust the thermostat which I did. The bedroom was cold but the living room where my son slept was hot. We were in town to audition at UNT and left early the next day. We did not have a change to tell the front desk until later that evening about the AC. I feel as though the previous guest must have said something as well and this room should not have been available. Maintenance were not able to fix the AC and we had to move rooms. "

"Ac worked a few seconds only, toilet didn’t refill tank after flush. Saw a few small roaches, and remote would not lower tv volume. "

"Rooms were run down. Everything felt old and cheap. Towels were old and bare minimum toiletries. Seen hotels in Mexico with better accommodations. Felt like a cheap motel. "

"Good location. Could use a little better hospitality for the money being spent though!! Having a coffee pot and no coffee is a huge negative for us!"
