"Parking plenty, noisy AC Property has a stench of being old"

"Excellent vacation in a wonderful, well equipped house.Our dog really enjoyed the fact that the house was secure on all sides and could run around the entire property. We took full advantage of the hot tub and bar-b-que during our stay. The hens and access to fresh eggs were a pleasant surprise.Location wise, the property was ideal for the various day trips we made to down town Dallas and surrounding parks, to Fort Worth and to the state parks north of Dallas. Garland old town was a surprise too, very interesting.The propoert lived up to everything that was advertized and Steve, owner, was incredibly responsive to any questions we had.Strongly recommend to as a place to stay in the Dallas area"

"Ac was broken in initial room. New room was dirty and toilet wouldn’t flush. "

"AC was cold that’s about the best thing about this place. There was stains all over the bed and bed covers the bath tub looked like it had a gunshot through it. Stinks like weed I could not sleep at night because the smoke of getting stronger and stronger if you just need a room to stay in and don’t care about your door, not closing all the way your curtains being almost see-through then go for it."

"Disappointed big time! We had 7 people stay and we had twi hand towels and one wash rag in the entire house. We called and they said the hand towels and wash rags had been disappearing. That’s the answer we got. The down stair shower didn’t drain properly and it ran out onto the toilet floor. Spatula had dried up egg all over it and there were crumbs on the counter. We deserve money back but won’t receive it because the character of these people is poor. Very disappointing!!!"

"When we first entered the Unit it had an unpleasant smell. The oven trays had rust and sticky food on it. The top of refrigerator was Filthy. The linen on Bed made us ITCH after laying down to sleep on them the first night. We were told there were additional sheets in the unit however we searched and didn’t find any. They had construction NOISE right outside of our door in which there was a trench that had been dug in the front of all of the townhouse units with a 2 foot drop off, which my dog kept FALLING IN on first two days of our stay.The shower head was so low that unless you were shorter than 5’11 shower was inadequate. When you pulled shower knob the whole knob tried to come loose from the wall. We had to bend down and adjust our bodies because nozzle head didn’t have swivel capabilities.Over all stay was horrible!!"
