"I just loved the cottages! Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom was perfect. A private bedroom and living room with a small deck overlooking the golf course and wooded area. I will definitely stay in them next I go to Comox. The staff were all very helpful and nice. The ladies who took care of the cottages were wonderful. Especially (I’ve forgotten her name…… reddish hair and glasses) I locked myself out twice🙄🙄 and since she knew I was there she opened my door and was so funny and nice about it. The check in was a bit slow but I think one of the front desk people was very new. Overall I would give the review 5*. Thanks Crown Isle for a lovely stay!"

"Very convenient for everything "

"Room was spacious, modern, very clean, good quality soaps and shampoo, towels newish and nice. Based on price and website pics, I expected a kind of nice resort-type place on a lake, however, it was really a slightly better than average standard motel with a couple of extra amenities like gazebo and BBQ. Very slippery bathroom floor and tub (even with the no-slip mat). Convenient to have a decent restaurant next door."

"Well supplied units, would highly recommend UNLESS you have accessibility issues, which I do, temporarily. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and enjoy it, but going through some medical treatment right now means I can't do stairs and I hadn't really noticed until now that the front of the hotel is all stairs and there is no elevator. The staff were kind enough to help me to my room on arrival, however no one was available to help me leave, so it was a challenge to say the least. If you're OK with stairs the place is clean and central and the staff are great!"

"Would stay again. Restaurant was ok the size of our food to take to our room was very small and and expensive but the older front desk gentleman was amazing and super helpful give him 10 stars."

"kitchen in room was great had nice fireplace, balcony and soaker tub was nice. didn't get to enjoy and relax as I got glass in my foot first night and found more glass in room as we looked around. manager was amazing and has booked us in a suit for my fiance birthday and she dealt with it right away and I'm very satisfied how she dealt with it "
