Renovated duplex chalet in a place over a thousand meters high, with balcony, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, just 25 minutes from the center of Teresópolis.
The site is located on the Teresópolis-Friburgo Road, km 14, accessed by a road, in good condition, of 3 km of land with paved parts.
The common area of the site has more than 1 million square meters, 2 swimming pools, barbecue, ecological trails and games room. These spaces are shared with other chalets, if they are occupied.
Bedroom 1: double bed box, TV 32 with Sky
Bedroom 2: double bed box, 1 single, TV
Bedroom 3: double bed box, 1 single
Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove and basic utensils.
Guests will have access to all commodities in the common space of the site, such as swimming pools, barbecue, games room, trails, etc.
The site has other chalets that can be with guests. The swimming pools, games room, barbecue grills and the rest of the common space on the site can be shared with other guests.
The internet signal on the cell phone is not good. We provide wi-fi with limited access and speed, but enough for restricted use of social networks.
