"Nice hotel, located on the upper floors of an office and shopping complex, across the street from Osaka Station. We got lost on arrival, as we entered the office building and followed confusing signage which seemed to direct us up a set of escalators. It turns out the small entranceway was hidden behind the escalator. Better signage can easily fix this. A small thing, but frustrating after a long trip. We liked the comfortable bed and the well equipped gym. Breakfast was another confusing...

"I can’t really fault this place. My room was spotlessly clean and pretty spacious for Japan. The onsen was great - a nightly ritual I came to love. I didn’t eat at the hotel so no comment on the breakfast. It’s close to multiple metro lines, including trains direct to Kyoto. Easy to walk downtown or Umeda. I’d definitely stay here again with great pleasure. "
