"The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. They held our bags prior to check-in, assisted during check-in, handled our forwarded luggage, and assisted with bus service to the airport. We booked a superior room and were assigned the 12th floor, which was great. Although we were close to the elevator, we heard very little noise outside our room, and always within normal hours. The room as spacious (by Japanese standards), clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our two-night stay, including provided pajamas. The location, across the street from the Keihan Railway, was ideal for reaching other parts of the city. Osaka Castle was just a 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel. "
