"Mugs instead of cups would be better. Room being cleaned next door to mine . 10:40 at night 😳 Noisy ! Otherwise a very peaceful stay."

"Great central spot in town. Lovely quiet room that is DARK.. unusual in the city they have lovely block out. But the facilites are tired. Our bathroom didnt have a plug grill in the top of the bath shower drain. You could lose anything down it. It was just tired. Would stay here agian though "

"My room hadn’t been cleaned - dirty toilet and someone’s earring on the bedside table. But apart from that it was fine."

"The location is outstanding, so no need to have a car. CBD, southbank, train station, all very close and in walking distance. Note that parking is expensive and hard. Its either a carpark that allows you one entry one exit per pay, or the hotels valet ($80 a day). The hotel itself is a bit dated, but still has a luxury feeling. Great gym and great spa. The rooms are a bit small, so if you need to take business calls from the room - take this into consideration. Two people cannot work from the room together."
