"Friendly and helpful staff"

"I booked the hotel because of the sea view, however the room i received had no sea view. There's a fish restaurant right next to the hotel, so the rooms at that side of the hotel smell like fish. The staff was more than generous to offer me an upgrade to a different room. Finally, the 2nd reason we booked this hotel was because breakfast was included in the package, however, no breakfast was available at the property."

"First it may have been Expedia’s problem that staff at the front desk said we didn’t have reservations even though I got a confirmation email. The place is decent, we had to request towels and the remote for the air conditioner. Some mold in the corners of the bathroom. Other staff were nice and helpful. "

"The location and view is amazing, beds are comfortable and you have access to the pool anytime you like, staff are amazing and so friendly, just bathroom the shower area needs to be renovated. Over all excellent experience "
